Sormat’s customer satisfaction receives top marks!
Sormat’s international customer satisfaction survey was carried out in November and December 2015. Sormat has committed to the continuous improvement of its operations in order to meet its customers’ requirements today and in the future. The survey helps to measure how well our own take on, for example, customer needs and our customer service corresponds with reality.
We are happy to say that our customers gave us good or very good scores all round. According to our customers, the areas that have improved the most over the past five years are our technical support, quality of customer service and our overall image.
Compared to the previous survey, marketing support had fallen slightly. The level and availability of support was most affected by the absence of our marketing person due to job alternation leave. We believe that we have, however, managed to restore our marketing support to the level expected by our customers during spring 2016. Based on the results, also our product strategy was updated to correspond better with the demands of our project clients.
We raffled off a prize among the respondents, with the winner receiving a Suunto Ambit3 Sport HR multisport-GPS watch/pulse meter. The prize was delivered to the winner in Germany. Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond!
