Use a drill bit that matches the anchor rod diameter. Drill to the required embedment depth (hnom). Blow out the hole.
Always clean the hole properly using a brush and air pump. Repeat until the hole is completely clean.
Insert the cartridge and mixing nozzle into the dispenser. Squeeze out 10–15 cm to ensure the mix is even.
Fill about two-thirds of the hole in solid base material. Only prepare a few holes at a time.
Screw in the anchor rod while turning it. This helps the mortar fill the threads fully.
At room temperature, the mortar cures in a few minutes. Once cured, chip off any excess material.
Tip: You don’t have to use the full cartridge at once. Keep the nozzle on for storage. When reusing, switch to a new nozzle and test the mix again (see step 3)
