System Update Induced Interruption on 3.11.23

We are actively preparing for the launch of our new SAP S/4HANA ERP system, slated for Monday, 6th November 2023, at 06:00. The new system brings along numerous benefits, such as improved efficiency and a higher level of service. This update marks a significant step towards a more modern and efficient operational control.

However, transitioning to the new system requires meticulous planning and implementation. Consequently, our current SAP system will be offline from Thursday, 2nd November 2023, at 20:00, until Monday, 6th November 2023, at 06:00. During this period, our business operations will be interrupted, and we have detailed plans in place to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

We recommend preparing for the planned interruption well in advance. For instance, in logistics, planned deliveries must be processed beforehand as deliveries during the downtime are not possible. Production must plan for a production-free period worldwide during the interruption.
